Stall Benefits

• 15 stalls for exhibition and participation. (3m x 3m size at Rs. 30,000/- per stall).
• Free participation in Seminar series for 10 members.
• Pavilion incorporating the 15 stalls will be provided for the Sponsor.
• Accommodation for 2 persons of each of the stalls (Total 30 persons) for five days-four nights on twin sharing basis.
• Local conveyance for the 30 exhibitors from hotel to venue and back.
• Accommodation for 4 officials at a 3-Star hotel for five days-four nights.
• Local conveyance for 4 officials from hotel to venue by car.

Press & Publicity Benefits

• Press Conference cum Curtain Raiser: The Diamond Sponsor will have the opportunity to choose the place and be a part of a Press conference cum Curtain Raiser of IO 2006.
• Sponsor’s name and logo would be mentioned in all ads and promotional materials given out in national and vernacular media.
• The Diamond Sponsor would be mentioned in all ads and promotional materials given out in important publications and magazines etc.

TV Benefits

• Sponsor’s logo will be mentioned on all promotional spots in TV channels if advertised

Venue Branding

• Banners
  • Up to 8 nos. banners of size 10’x 4’ will be put up at the venue for sponsor’s brand mileage (the banners of specified size to be provided by ICCOA).
• Entrance Arch
  • The Diamond Sponsor logo, which will be created by ICCOA, will be prominently displayed on the entry arch at the venue.
• Stage Show/Curtain Raisers/Road shows
  • The Diamond Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed at the stage backdrop during all promotional campaigns to be organized at various regions across the country.
  • Diamond Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed at the stage backdrop at the inauguration of the IO-2006.
  • The sponsor will get special mention by the compeers during the stage show.
• Other Areas where Sponsor’s Logo will be mentioned
  • The Diamond Sponsor’s logo will appear on all advertising, hoardings etc. related to the exhibition.
  • The Diamond Sponsor’s logo will appear in all outdoor and promotional activities connected with the exhibition.
  • Printed materials: The Diamond Sponsor’s logo will be part of all printed material such as invites, posters, trade fair brochures, seminar brochures, trade fair tickets, passes, flyers and other event collaterals.

Diamond Sponsor’s parallel events

• The Diamond Sponsor will be permitted to conduct parallel/co-promotions with regards to the exhibition, with prior information and consent of ICCOA.
• All creative designs will compulsorily require prior approval of ICCOA prior to production and use.

Special promotions

• Special promotional events can be organized at cost. This will be discussed with individual sponsors.
• Special Note: All the design work/ publicity material/ printing material if specially made will have to be paid for extra.
