Comments: Thank you for organizing India Organic 2006. Everything run smoothly at the fair.

However what we felt needing improvement is the information about the fair, all the practical issues about the fair, should be given earlier. It would be helpful if the fair manual is ready for the exhibitors at least one month before the fair stars.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to attend.
All the best

Comments: Thanks for your mail.

It was indeed a great pleasure to be a part of "India Organic 2006". Comparatively "India Organic 2006" has marched ahead of previous year in terms of

  • Market build up
  • Trade enquires
  • Overseas buyers
  • Quality of Exhibition
  • Trade visitors from both India and Overseas.
I take this opportunity to thank all the members of ICCOA and IN PARTICULARLY YOURSELF MR. HARVEY, for organising and making "India Organic 2006" a better successful INTERNATIONAL EVENT. WE HOPE DURING THE YEARS TO COME INDIA ORGANIC WILL DEFINITELY EMERGE AS ONE OF THE LEADING TRADE FAIRS OF ORGANIC INDUSTRY.

We shall definitely a part of "India Organic 2007" and years ahead hopefully.
With best regards

Comments: Thanks for the mail. This year the organization and the overall arrangements were much better. In terms of the enquiries there were a few export enquiries. We need to see how many of them are serious. There were also quite a few domestic enquiries for supplies of our products, mostly from small shops in south.

It was also a time to renew relationships and identify new supply sources. From this point of view it was good.
It will make sense to make it a traveling show so that we can get adequate representation and involvement of the State Governments. Where do you plan the next installment?.

Comments: It was indeed a great pleasure to participate in the India Organic Congress 2006, held in Bangalore from November 9-12. The event was extremely well organized and all activities in connection with the Congress were conducted in a very meticulous manner. We congratulate ICCOA and yourself for organising this event with grand success.

We would like to express our profound thanks to you, Mr Tej Partap and Dr Seetharam Annadana for the courtesy extended to us and for the opportunity of our participation in this important event. We also appreciate the help received from Mr K.T.Suresh from time to time.

Further, our Centre has tentatively reserved the Board Room on the 31st floor of our Centre for the forthcoming Board Meeting of ICCOA in Mumbai on December 16. We look forward to your early confirmation.

With kind regards
Yours sincerely,

Comments: I had to leave early and do not know if the feedback form reached you. Anyway to sum up I am very happy with the India Oraganic 2006. The organisation was a great improvement on the 2005 Fair.

I found that the more serious buyers were from India who took time to visit the stall and let us know their interest so we could pursue it later. At the Fair there is not much time for any serious discussion. To overcome this we can shorten the timings, perhaps till 7pm and reserve some time after that for interesterd buyers etc. This is done in textile fairs.

Peoples awareness is very high - much more than last year. It is no more a novelty or curiosity. They know.

The Food Court was simply superb. Rajasthani Marwari Food fit for a wedding - and organic too.

Hats off to the ICCOA team. Great work. I am sure we will have even a better Fair in 2007.

I do not know if there was enonugh publicity given in the local newspapers, radio, hoardings, bills, posters. We need to improve on that to bring in more local crowd who are our potentail customers - reach out to the IT populace too.

Sincere regards
