State Pavilion Benefits

• 10 stalls for exhibition and participation. (Equivalent to a space of 1000 sq ft exhibition space and approx 500 sq ft of passage and utility space-each stall is of 3m x 3m size at Rs. 30,000/- per stall).
• Free participation in Seminar series for 5 delegates/representatives.
• State will be provided a Pavilion incorporating the 10 stalls.
• Accommodation for 20 exhibitors (2 persons each from 10 stalls) for five days-four nights on twin sharing basis.
• Local conveyance for the 20 exhibitors from hotel to venue and back.
• 200 trade fair invitations free for the guests of the State.

Press & Publicity Benefits

• Press Conference cum Curtain Raise: The State Govt. will have the opportunity to host a Press conference cum Curtain Raiser of    IO 2006.

• Banners
  • Up to 6 nos. banners of size 5’x 3’ will be put up at the venue with State name and logo (softcopy of logo to be provided by State).
• Entrance Arch
  • The State name & logo will be prominently displayed on the entry arch.
• Other Areas where Sponsor’s Logo will be mentioned
• The Platinum Sponsor’s logo will appear on all advertising, hoardings etc related to the exhibition.
• Printed materials: State name & logo will be part of all printed material such as invites, posters, flyers and other event collaterals.
• Special Note: All the design work/ publicity material/ printing material if specially made will have to be paid for extra.
